What are your hours?

Winter Hours: labour Day – Victoria day
Mon – Fri 9 AM – 5PM Sat 10AM – 2PM

Summer hours: Victoria Day – Labour day
Mon – Fri 9 AM – 5PM Closed for lunch 1 – 2 PM

After hours by appointment.


What’s required to set up an appointment ?

What’s provided with a consultation?

Choosing , planning and booking the best suited destination

Do I need to choose destination?

This is discussed in your consultation . we listen to your: dreams, budget, wishes, habits,needs, expectations, hobbies, activities, previous travel experiences. We arrange travel anywhere, anyway, anytime based on your dreams of a perfect vacation.

Is deposit required for consultation?

A retainer is required for initial consultation. Enquire at time of appointment

Is deposit refundable?

Deposit paid is deducted from your total vacation cost which we arrange on your behalf.

Is deposit/retainer always required for consultation?

Returning and referred clients are not required to pay a retainer

When is payment required for booking?

At time of reservation a deposit is required.

What form of payment can I use?

Major credit cards, cash or Certified cheques/Money Order

When is full payment required?

Usually 45 – 60 days prior to departure

Can I cancel booked travel package ?

Yes, however cancellation fees may apply

What is the last possible period to cancel travel arrangements?

Each situation is different and details are provided at time of booking
Can I change my travel arrangements?

Yes, however change fees may apply

Can I change names on my ticket?

Airline tickets are non transferable

Can I change names on my package tour ?

Some tour operators will permit substitutes for a fee
